Research & Doctrine

Neither system currently touches resource production. Doctrine governs combat formation roles and missile loadouts only — established in Combat & Front Lines / Doctrine — nothing about economy. Research trees are entirely about unlocking new unit types; no current research tech adjusts production rates. The only production bonus outside of provinces and cities themselves is the buildings' Research Points top-up fromResources.
