MISSILES ARE STOCK
Each launch spends one round from the slot. A slot that runs empty stops firing; a unit whose slots are all empty is exhausted until it's resupplied. Rounds only come back from a city's stockpile — see Resupply & Rearm. Snipers, torpedo tubes and built-in ordnance (bombs, deck-gun shells, fixed naval SAMs) aren't stock-tracked and never run dry. Aircraft track self-defense and offensive rounds separately and turn for home when either runs out.
