UNIT-SPECIFIC BONUSES
On top of the flat swing, some units carry their own terrain-specific bonuses — most notably urban-fighting specialists, who get a flat accuracy boost in cities that grows with tech tier: roughly +10 at the earliest version of a unit line, up to +35 at the most advanced.
